NORTH

Reading won the championship.

In quarterfinal play, Rosa and No. 88 both wore hats, Ayles had two assists and Hubbard pitched a shutout as L & P defeated Westford 7-0; and Brett Stone’s second goal of the game, with 1:32 left in overtime, gave Woburn a 5-4 decision over Cambridge – Joe D’Arrigo with two goals, including the one that forced OT with 2:06 left in regulation, and two assists in the win and Paul Magalhaes two goals and a helper in the loss.

In the semifinals, Pennucci scored two goals and Reading got by Lynnfield/Peabody 4-3 in a shootout – Wood forcing the overtime with a goal with 30 seconds left in regulation for L/P, while Zizza had a goal and two assists; and Brian Hall, who also had an assist, scored his second goal of the game with 1:07 left to give Lincoln/Sudbury a 3-2 victory over Woburn.

In the title game, McGilvray set up two goals and Boyle scored what turned out to be the winner with 1:21 left in the second period as Reading trimmed Lincoln/Sudbury 3-1.

SOUTH

North Andover skated off with the crown.

In quarterfinal play, Beausang scored two goals and set up another, Tringale and McDonough both also scored twice and Gosselin had two assists in North Andover’s 9-2 win over Chelmsford; Wakefield advanced past Manchester/Essex; Lanza scored two goals and handed out three assists and McManus and Banfield both wore hats in Winthrop’s 10-3 win over the Mustangs, who had advanced through a play-in victory over Burlington; and Rego, who also had an assist, scored the overtime winner as Dracut shaded Melrose 4-3 – Workman also with two goals in the win and Viliott two goals and an assist and O’Keefe a goal and a helper in the loss.

In the semifinals, Beausang scored one goal and set up two others, Conte scored twice and Losca had a goal and an assist in North Andover’s 5-2 victory over Wakefield – Rowan Mondello with a goal and an assist in the loss; and Lanza erupted for five goals and an assist and McManus added a goal and an assist in Winthrop’s 7-2 triumph over Dracut.

In the final, Beausang scored what turned out to be the winner 15 seconds into the second period as North Andover edged Winthrop 2-1.

EAST

North Reading won the title.

In play-in games, Dylan Fitzpatrick scored two goals and set up two others, Brady Tremblay wore the hat, Kyle Donnelly and Colin Wadanoli both had two goals and an assist and Alessio DiBlasi pitched a shutout in North Andover’s big win over Lincoln/Sudbury; Kyle Keith scored one goal and handed out three assists, Caleb Acucena delivered two goals and an assist and Kaiden Cianci also scored twice in Groton’s 6-3 victory over Hamilton/Wenham – Charlie Collins with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Brady Burnham wore the hat and added two assist, Braxton Caswell and Jack Pereri both also posted two assists and Trey Marcotte pitched a shutout in Amesbury’s 7-0 victory over Melrose.

In the quarterfinals, Nolan Degregorio (1-1-2) and Derek Daley scored five minutes apart in the second period as North Reading edged North Andover 2-1; Ciani forced overtime with a goal with 28 seconds left and then scored eight seconds into overtime to give Groton a 4-3 decision over Storm 67 – Acucena with two goals in the win and Smyrnios two goals in the loss, one an apparent winner with 45 seconds left in regulation; Cam Ingram scored two third-period goals to give Amesbury a 4-3 decision over Reading – TJ Michel with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Bedford advanced past Newton.

In the semis, Daley scored four goals, Tyler Morello had a goal and an assist and Theo Skifas had two assists in North Reading’s 7-1 victory over Bedford; and Cianci erupted for seven goals, Acucena scored one goal and dished out three assists and Isaac Idarraga also posted three assists in Groton’s 9-1 victory over Amesbury.

In the title game, Brendan Rooney led a balanced attack with a hat trick, Mat Young had two goals and an assist, Aiden Driscoll and Alex Chaisson both had a goal and two assists and Noah Pineo and Degregorio both had 1-1-2; in North Reading’s big win over Groton – Caden Woolfrey with 1-1-2 in the loss.

6 SOUTH

Arlington won the crown.

In a quarterfinal game, Warzynski scored two goals and added two assists, Graf also scored twice and Donnellon had a goal and an assist as Lincoln/Sudbury topped Winthrop 8-3 – Phil Boncore with two goals in the loss.

In the semifinals, Clark delivered two goals and two assists, Nee wore the hat, two of the goals 24 seconds apart, in Arlington’s 7-4 victory over Lincoln/Sudbury – Venuto with two assists in the loss; and Bryce Clark and Nate Tibbetts both had two goals and an assist as Danvers downed Manchester/Essex 9-1.

In the final, Dinuchi and Gore both scored twice and Nee had two assists in Arlington’s 5-3 win over Danvers.

6 EAST

Wakefield Red won the title.

In quarterfinal play, Andrew Martin, who also had two assists, scored 27 seconds into overtime to give Wakefield a 5-4 decision over Groton/Dunstable – Nate Brissette capping a hat trick with a goal with 1:55 left in regulation to force OT and then assisting on the winner, Finn Ashburn with two assists in the loss; Maddox Jacobson scored two goals and set up another and Mike Nerich had two assists as Lynn trimmed Wakefield Black 6-4 – Brady Walsh and Ryan Metsis with 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; Green’s second goal of the game, with 5:23 left in the second period, was the winner as Chelmsford edged North Andover3-2; and Ronan scored one goal and dished out three assists in Methuen’s 5-1 triumph over Newton.

In the semifinals, Brissette wore the hat and added an assist and Martin scored twice in Wakefield’s 6-3 victory over Methuen – Robinson with 1-1-2 in the loss; and Anthony Seals wore the hat, Amelia Spencer scored twice and Jacobson had two assists in Lynn’s 8-3 win over Chelmsford.

In the title game, Wakefield rallied with all five goals in the final 6:49, Mike Covelluzzi scoring with 6:49 left, Martin coming through with two goals in 24 seconds and Brissette then tallying twice in the final minute of a 5-3 victory over Lynn – the game winner coming with 56 seconds remaining.

6 WEST

Bedford White won the title.

In the quarterfinals, Jack Donovan scored four goals, Jack Sheehan had a goal and three assists, Declan Crowley clicked for a goal and two helpers, Gavin Reid and Keegan Briere both posted 1-1-2, Sam DeChaves also had two assists and Cooper Campos pitched a shutout in Chelmsford’s big win over the Black Bears; James Lorusso scored twice and Logan Cox had two assists as the Bedford Bucs trimmed Beverly 5-3 – Logan Bowen with 1-1-2 in the loss.

In the semifinals, Charles Demeo scored 42 seconds into overtime to give Bedford a 5-4 decision over the Bucs, who forced OT when Cox (2-1-3) scored with 1:18 left in regulation – Charlie Siciliano with two goals in the win; and Cam Cook’s second goal of the game, with 44 seconds left, gave Dracut a 3-2 decision over Chelmsford.

In the final, Demeo’s fourth goal of the game, with 52 seconds left, gave Bedford a 4-3 victory over Dracut – Dylan Higson with two assists in the win and AJ Yeung two goals and Jacoby Patterson a goal and an assist in the loss.

6 NORTH

Billerica won the championship.

In a quarterfinal game, Mike Giordano had a goal and an assist in Billerica’s 4-1 victory over Dracut.

In the semifinals, Cam Penti scored twice and CJ Hamilton had a goal and an assist in Billerica’s 7-3 win over Westford – Hsin with two assists in the loss; and Tyler Pizzano clicked for two goals and an assist, Max Condon also scored twice and Brady Sacco had two assists in Salem’s 6-2 win over Burlington – Tyler Heldenbergh with both goals and Luke Pazzia assists on both in the loss.

In the title game, Eddy Conley forced overtime with three-tenths of a second left in regulation and Billerica scored a 2-1 shootout victory over Salem – Ryan Poirier with a first-period goal for Salem
