Congratulations to the 2011 Elite Boston Advantage who have earned a bid into the prestigious Quebec International PeeWee Hockey Tournament.

The Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament is the oldest and most prestigious minor hockey tournament in the world. It takes place in the beautiful city of Quebec, at the Videotron Center and the Pavillon de la Jeunesse, and allows 120 teams from all over the world to enjoy an unforgettable experience each year. This tournament has been in existence for more than 60 years and hockey greats like the Gretzky and Howe Brothers, Mario Lemieux, Patrick Roy and so many more have participated in this event. More than 1,100 former participants of this event have gone on to play in the NHL and other professional ranks. To some, this event is referred to as the “Little League World Series of Hockey. “ The tournament will run from February 7th-18th and has a vigorous acceptance process where not all teams that register will earn a bid.

The 2011 Advantage currently sits 14th in the nation with an 18-7-2 overall record through league and tournament play. In Elite 9 league play, they are off to an impressive 6-0-0 start. After participating this past weekend in the Eastern Expsoure Cup, an event for top-ranked teams, they resume league play with a busy weekend. Playing two games on Saturday and one Sunday.
